Delivery Information

Shipping your Jewellery Order

All orders from our online shop are shipped by Australia Post and are delivered to customers all over the world. Our shipping is safe and reliable.

Orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed and we will confirm shipment to you with an email.

All jewellery items come in a lovely gift box or bubble wrapped in a bag, depending on size. To save resources we never include printed receipts or invoices in our deliveries. That means you can safely buy jewellery to be sent directly to a gift recipient.

All registered parcels both to Australia and overseas require a signature for delivery and you need to give us an address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel, e.g. your work address. If you are not able to sign, the courier will leave a card and you can pick up the parcel at a designated post office.

Shipping within Australia

We always get orders out as quickly as we can. Generally standard orders are packed and sent within 2 business days. This includes orders which are being sent by Express Post.

Made to order or altered items may take longer than this. An estimate of how much additional time you should allow will be given during exchange of information with our designer.  We will still aim to get these orders out as fast as we can.

If there is a delay for any other reason we will contact you.

Standard shipping within Australia usually takes between 2 to 6 business days.

Express Post delivery will be next business day if your address is within the 'guaranteed next day network' from postcode 6151 WA. If you're not in the guaranteed area, we find Express Post often still arrives the next day in metropolitan areas around Australia. Otherwise it will be delivered as quickly as possible. Note that selecting Express Post will speed up the delivery of your order once it's posted, but it doesn't necessarily change the time it takes for us to get it packed and on its way. See above for details about our turnaround time.

Final shipping costs of your order will be given after you enter your address and before you make payment.

All of our registered jewellery orders sent within Australia come with a tracking number and we will provide you with a link to tracking when we notify you that your order has been sent.

Shipping outside Australia

For shipping items abroad the delivery times depend on the destination and please remember in busy times such as Christmas, delivery may take longer.

Some countries have fraud prevention laws which prevent PayPal from processing an order with a shipping country different to where you live.

If you live in Australia and wish us to ship overseas for you, then please choose bank transfer as your payment method in the checkout. If you're unable to do a bank transfer, please contact us by email or call 0409 295 775.

If you live outside Australia and want us to ship to an address here in Australia or to a third country, the laws of your country will determine whether you are able to complete your purchase the normal way through PayPal on our site.

If you can't complete the sale through PayPal, don't worry, you can still make the purchase easily. You will just instead need to use the Send Money function in your PayPal account:

1. Send us an email with your purchase details, billing and shipping address and any message you want us to write in a gift card.

2. Login to your PayPal account and go to Send Money where you enter our email address, payments@edendreams.com.au, the amount and click Submit.

3. You will receive a confirmation from PayPal and from Eden Dreams.

Furthermore, all items shipped outside of Australia may be subject to duties and taxes in the destination country and these will be payable by you. As countries have different rules, we suggest you check with our local Customs office beforehand.

Should you refuse to pay any costs associated with the import and the parcel is returned to us at a cost, we reserve the right to deduct this cost from your refund. As overseas parcels may be subject to customs inspections, this may cause a delay in delivery but unfortunately this is out of our hands.
