Eden Dreams Jewellery is made to the highest standard using quality materials. To prolong the life of your jewellery, so that you can enjoy wearing it for years to come; we ask that you take the time to review the care instructions as lined out on this page.
We regret however, that any jewellery damaged as a result of not following the care instructions, must be replaced at the customer’s own expense.
On making a purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this page.
Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted using a wide range of materials. Sometimes it can be difficult to match size, colour and shape of the beads, as well as certain silver components, exactly to those shown in the images on the website, so please allow for some small variations to the images shown.
All prices listed on the website are shown in Australian Dollars.
Please note that items sent outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact the appropriate authorities prior to purchase.
Eden Dreams may offer promotional codes to regular customers from time to time. Please note that only one promotional code can be used at any one time.
We want you to be delighted with your jewellery and therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange, refund or alteration of returned goods, subject to the following terms:
- You must fill out a Product Return form within 7 days of receipt of the goods
- All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt
- The cost of returned items is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed by Eden Dreams
- All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items
- All exchanges and refunds will be made within 21 days of receipt of the returned item(s)
- In the event of an alteration postage must be paid for both ways along with additional time and material costings
Should it be necessary, Eden Dreams will carry out any repairs resulting
from normal wear and tear, free of charge, for a period of up to three
months from the date of purchase. Thereafter, we will be happy to repair
your jewellery for a small fee. Please contact us to arrange this prior to returning your jewellery.
Caring for your silver jewellery
Silver is a precious metal and you should avoid dust and moisture to help keep your jewellery from tarnishing and discolouring. When wearing silver jewellery it is advisable to put it on after spraying perfumes/hairspray etc and remove it before your clothing and before going to bed to avoid it being snagged or crushed.
Never sleep, wash or swim in your jewellery. Chains may kink, earring posts may bend and contact with water, especially chlorinated or salt water is damaging to silver jewellery.
Sterling Silver may tarnish and oxidize, particularly in humid climates. This is a natural reaction to chemicals in the atmosphere, heat and the body oils of the wearer. This discoloration can usually be removed by careful use of a good quality jewellery cleaning cloth.
You can purchase a silver polishing cloth in our webshop. This is a quick and easy way to keep your silver jewellery looking great.
It is advisable to store silver jewellery in an air-tight bag when not in use to help prevent tarnishing.
Jewellery pieces containing driftwood need to be treated with care and respect. These components have had a life prior to becoming a piece of jewellery and will be therefore be of unknown age or wood type.

Our products are not intended for children and should be kept away from children as some small parts may present a choking hazard. Never use jewellery for any other purpose than for what it was intended.
